As White Owl spoke, his kind face took in all sections of the auditorium: 'Here, there is no time as you knew it on Earth,' he said. 'Night is unknown because our atmosphere is so high that our sun's light cannot be hidden from us: it is radiated throughout our spheres and we have constant daylight, with sometimes short periods of twilight.

      'Think of the polar-regions on Earth; there, day and night last about six months each because of the elevation of the sun. Here in our world there is a much higher atmosphere than that of the Earth and therefore our sun's rays are constantly glowing all around it. On Earth, after sunset, if your atmosphere extended much further out into space, as ours does, you too would have no night. Your sun's luminescence would be bounced around the high atmosphere all around your globe, giving you a kind of twilight; and that is what happens here.'

      'Oh,' said a questioner, 'when do we sleep then?'

     White Owl continued, 'I have been here for many centuries, as you think of time, and rarely have I ever needed sleep; though I have occasionally rested near streams, and often in the company of good and faithful friends. Sometimes I have changed my surroundings to rid my mind of old habit-patterns, and travelled out into the deeper realms of the Spirit World to visit the Shining Ones and the Masters from whom I obtain great soul-strength and an inexpressible peace of mind.'

     Then through various archways around the amphi-theatre, brightly-robed spirit people entered, sought out, and then sat next to each group of listeners in the auditorium. White Owl seemed very pleased they'd arrived.

      'Our visitors will now escort you to your people, to rest-homes, or to wherever you might be happiest at present. Trust them and be happy. And the love of the Great Spirit be with you all, my friends.'

      And he raised up both his arms and there was instant applause from the crowd. I suppose it was a natural reaction, and one of thunderous gratitude, as he slowly faded from our sight in a vaporous mist, followed by a silent explosion of bright silver light.

New Souls Arrive

in Eternity

Journeys into the Light

Visionary Stephen O'Brien has left his physical body and is travelling

into the World of Spirit on another enlightening excursion,

there to meet with his spirit guide and teacher, a man who,

thousands of years ago when he lived on Earth,

was a Native American whose tribal name was White Owl.

In this short book extract Stephen is seated in a vast amphi-theatre

listening to his guide addressing New Arrivals to the Spiritual Realms.

'In my Father's House there are many mansions;

if it were not so, I would have told you' -

                                                           attributed to Jesus of Nazareth
